This information is part of the key information that RAMPS collects in order to provide a planning application monitoring service
We only have email addresses of RAMPS users if they wish to communicate with us
No other information about RAMPS users is stored

Personal information is stored on our secure servers
Personal information on planning applications is kept as long as the planning application is available via the associated Local Authority Planning Portal
email addresses of RAMPS users are deleted after a year of inactivity
